The Arch has several different options for rentals. The Spann Room- holds 50 people standing and 26 seated. Rents for $800.00 for weekends.and $400.00 for week days. Can be rented by hour during the week. Perfect for a small event.

“Intimate Celebration” package..Wedding in The Spann Room..50 people and under $500.00
* these two packages have a time limit The Gardens, Pavilion, and The Court Yard, rents for $2000.00.
*Comes with (10) round tables, (100) Chiavari Chairs, (20) wedding benches.
House, Pavilion and wedding gardens rent for $2,800.00
** This includes (10)round tables,(160) Chiavari chairs, (7) cocktail tables, a gift table, memory table, cake table and (20) wedding benches**** A rental savings over $2,000************
Event times from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
$200.00 Clean up fee
There is a $400.00 damage deposit that will be returned if no damages within four business days.
You must have event alcohol insurance (if alcohol will be served at your event) listing you and The Arch up to 1 million.
We have several items that can be added to your package, by our preferred vendor listing. * DJ Services, Photography, Photo Booth, Cakes, Hair and Make up, Wedding Planner(s), Day of Coordinators, Design and Setup, The A-Team Event Planning, Florals, and more.....
WE HAVE PREFERRED VENDORS WE USE.. Our list has been carefully selected from years of working with the vendors or their high recommendations through the area. Knowing and trusting these vendors to provide you with professional service and the best. Should you decide you need another vendor that is not on our list, you must contact The Arch first to see if the vendor can be approved.
We prefer you use our on site caterer Artistic Catering LLC, or you can have a DHEC licensed caterer as long as they are approved 30 days prior. A $200.00 fee is charged, if on site caterer is not use.
