The Arch offers:
Catering: We have our on-site catering company that comes with 17 years in the business. Artistic Catering, LLC Planning, Coordinating, Florists, Décor, Design, Set-Up: Our A-Team consists of wedding planners, day of coordinators, florists, design layout, and set up. Our team will be there to assure your day is as close to your dream as possible.
***Outside vendors must be pre-approved. You may bring your own alcohol (no glass bottles, no shots), however, you must use our bartenders (fee=$200, 4 hours ). You must have event alcohol insurance listing you and your guest up to 1 million.
You must use a licensed DHEC caterer.

Other Important Information
Last minute plans.. call us, and if we are not booked we can discuss a special rate.
There is a $500.00 damage deposit that will be returned if no damages within four business days.
You must have event alcohol insurance (if alcohol will be served at your event) listing you and The Arch up to 1 million.
We have several items that can be added to your package, by our preferred vendor listing.
* DJ Services, Photography, Photo Booth, Cakes, Hair and Makeup, Wedding Planner(s), Day of Coordinators, Design and Setup, The A-Team Event Planning, Florals, and more.....
WE HAVE PREFERRED VENDORS WE USE.. Our list has been carefully selected from years of working with the vendors or their high recommendations throughout the area. Knowing and trusting these vendors to provide you with professional service and the best. Should you decide you need another vendor that is not on our list, you must contact The Arch first to see if the vendor can be approved.
We prefer you to use our on-site caterer Artistic Catering LLC, or you can have a DHEC-licensed caterer as long as they are approved 30 days prior. A $200.00 fee is charged if the on-site caterer is not used.
